The Nokia 5 is slightly more powerful than last year’s installation while deliberately being mid-range. Here are specifications of the device:

Also Read: Nokia updates their portfolio with Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 5.1     In place of the 5.2-inch HD display on last year’s model, there’s a bump to a 5.5-inch 1080p panel with a higher screen-to-body ration and an 18:9 aspect ration, much in line with what we’ve gotten used to from 2018 smartphone releases. While there’s a memory bump, those among us who prefer Qualcomm chipsets will be upset that the Nokia 5 (2018) makes do with a MediaTek processor.

Pricing

Announced back in May, the Nokia 5.1 was slated for an August release and since we’re already in August, it hasn’t taken long to get to us. According to a statement from the publicists of HMD Global’s local office, the 2018 edition of the Nokia 5 is available across the country for Kshs 19,500.
